- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Mon - Fri).
- Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
- Due to accurate processing / shipping please allow up to 5 - 10 business days turnaround. (Usually near 4 - 5 business days.)
- All goods ship via United States Postal Service Only. (USPS)
- POWER is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.
- All shipped orders will be accompanied with a tracking number, which will enable you to know exactly where your package is.
- Packages do not require signatures.

"International Shipping"
- There is a flat rate fee for International Shipping.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for International shipping.
- Once your order has shipped POWER is NOT responsible for custom fees & other charges associated with International orders.
"Hair Extensions Return Policy"
- Due to the nature of our business and health reasons POWER CANNOT issue exchanges or refunds on our products.
- Once the package has been retrieved by the customer POWER CANNOT fully determine if the Hair Extensions or any of our products have been worn or tampered with.
- Opened products will NOT be exchanged or refunded due to hygienic concerns.
- If POWER accepts products from a customer with an unsanitary environment it can cause health issues.
- Due to these reason exchanges / refunds will NOT be granted under any circumstances.
- If the decision is made that POWER is at fault we will exchange products at no cost to the customer.
- The exchange will only be issued once the product (s) in questioned are safely returned and inspected by POWER.
- Please keep these policies in mind at your time of purchase. Apologies for any inconvenience. We are protecting everyone's health and both ends of the transaction.
"Cosmetics Return Policy"
- POWER accepts exchanges only and no refunds will be given.
- Exchanges are only approved if the seal is intact and looks flawless.
- Products must be unused and unopened.
- If a box was with the order it must be returned and in saleable condition.
- You must email contact@thepowerllc.com within 2 days of receiving the product to be considered for a possible exchange.
- If you are approved for an exchange we must receive the product (s) with seals intact and no damage to the component (s) within 7 days after the approval.
- If POWER is at fault we will exchange products at no cost to the customer.
- The exchange will only be issued once the product (s) in questioned are safely returned and inspected by POWER.
